Custom order policy
Custom photo cyanotypes are made from customer-uploaded images, so file quality, proofing, cancellation, and return rules are different from ready-made prints.
File quality
Customers should upload the best available file. The studio may request a replacement if the photo is too small, too dark, blurry, or unsuitable for the selected print size.
Proofing and approval
When a proof is provided, production starts after approval. Requested changes should be made before approval.
Cancellation cutoff
Custom orders can usually be changed or cancelled before proof approval or production start. After that point, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is personalized.
Return exception
Custom-made items are not returnable once production starts unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
File rights
By uploading an image, the customer confirms that they own the image or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce it as a printed artwork. The studio may refuse files where rights or content suitability are unclear.
