What files can I upload?
JPG/JPEG, PNG, TIF/TIFF, WEBP, and HEIC/HEIF files up to 50 MB.
Do custom orders include a proof?
Yes. Custom photo prints include a crop and tonal check before production.
How long does shipping take?
Poland delivery is usually 1-2 business days after dispatch. Other EU delivery is usually 3-6 business days after dispatch. Express and protected shipping options are shown when available for the destination country.
Are payments live?
Yes. Stripe Checkout is live for card payments; the hosted Stripe page collects payment details and the store records only safe order and payment status metadata.
