Image copyright policy for custom uploads
Custom cyanotype orders rely on customer-uploaded images. Customers must have the right to reproduce any photo they upload.
Customer responsibility
By uploading an image, the customer confirms that they own the image or have permission from the rights holder to print it for their order.
Third-party images
Do not upload professional photos, copyrighted artwork, celebrity images, brand assets, or images taken from the internet unless you have permission to reproduce them.
Studio review
The studio may refuse or request replacement files when image rights, content suitability, or production quality are unclear.
Use of uploaded images
Uploaded images are used to review and produce the custom order. Separate consent should be requested before using customer images in marketing or portfolio materials.
