How bluepoppyprints handles customer details, uploaded images, account data, checkout records, and order communication.
Customer and order data
The store collects the information needed to process orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, selected products, uploaded files for custom prints, order notes, payment status metadata, and shipment updates.
Custom uploads
Uploaded images are used to review and produce the custom order. Customers should only upload images they own or have permission to reproduce.
Payments
When Stripe Checkout is enabled, full payment details are handled by Stripe. The store keeps order-level payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency, and transaction references.
Emails
The store may send order confirmations, password reset links, status updates, shipment notifications, and direct support replies.
GDPR note
Customers can contact shop@bluepoppyprints.art to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of their personal data where those rights apply. Order records may be retained where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
