Shipping and returns
Clear shipping, processing, damage, and return terms for ready prints, custom photo cyanotypes, gift cards, and kits.
Processing time
Ready prints usually dispatch in 2-5 business days. Custom photo cyanotypes receive a file check or proof step before production and usually dispatch in 5-10 business days after approval. Kits dispatch in 4-6 business days when in stock.
Shipping zones
The checkout currently offers shipping inside the European Union only. Poland receives domestic courier options. Other EU countries receive tracked EU parcel options. Gift cards are delivered digitally.
Shipping prices
Poland standard shipping starts from EUR 5 and is complimentary for qualifying print orders from EUR 60. Other EU standard shipping starts from EUR 10 and is complimentary for qualifying print orders from EUR 90. Final shipping is shown before payment.
Damage claims
If an order arrives damaged, email shop@bluepoppyprints.art within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, label, and artwork. The studio will review replacement or refund options.
Returns by product type
Ready-made physical prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery when returned unused, undamaged, and in original protective packaging. Custom uploaded-image prints are personalized and are not returnable once production has started unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
VAT and destination limits
Displayed product prices are VAT-inclusive where VAT applies. Physical orders are currently accepted only for Poland and other European Union delivery countries, so customs duties are not charged by the store at checkout.
