Where do you ship?
The checkout currently supports Poland and European Union delivery countries. International shipping outside the EU is not enabled.
How long does dispatch take?
Ready prints usually dispatch in 2-5 business days. Custom photo cyanotypes usually dispatch in 5-10 business days after file check or proof approval.
Can I return a ready print?
Ready-made prints may be eligible for return when approved in advance and returned unused, unframed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Can I return a custom photo print?
Custom uploaded-image prints are personalized. Once file review, proof approval, or production has started, returns may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
