Terms of service
Plain-language terms for ready-made prints, custom uploaded-image cyanotypes, gift cards, checkout, production, and returns.
Orders
Orders are accepted when checkout is completed and the studio confirms the selected products, print sizes, and delivery method. Custom work enters production after file review and proofing.
Custom uploads
Customers are responsible for having permission to print uploaded images. The studio may request a replacement file when resolution, format, or content is not suitable for production.
Proofing and cancellation
Custom photo cyanotypes can usually be changed or cancelled before proof approval or production start. After approval or production start, cancellation may no longer be possible because the work is personalized.
Pricing and availability
Product prices, variant prices, inventory, and shipping methods may change before an order is placed. Confirmed orders keep the totals shown at checkout.
Color and handmade variation
Screen color, paper texture, border character, and cyanotype tone can vary. Handmade variation is part of the process and is not automatically considered a defect.
Returns and damage
Ready-made physical prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Custom uploaded-image prints are personalized and are not returnable once production starts unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order. Damaged deliveries should be reported quickly with photos.
Legal guarantee
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Polish or EU law, including rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
